Shipping Policy

1. Origin
All orders are shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California.
2. Processing Time
Frog drops (Fridays at 4 PM PT): Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
All other orders (e.g. wardrobe, accessories) ship within 2–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to selected international countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
4. U.S. Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders of $50 or more.
For all other orders, available shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.
6. Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping information carefully.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you by email. Reshipping costs will apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number has not updated for 14 days (U.S.) or 30 days (Canada), contact us at shop@natavladi.com with your order number. We will initiate a carrier investigation.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
8. Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please email shop@natavladi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue.
We will send a pre-paid return label and, once received, issue a full refund or a replacement if available. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
9. Packaging
Frogs are shipped in kraft boxes with tissue and a thank-you card.
Wardrobe and accessories are shipped in padded mailers.
We do not include printed invoices — your confirmation email serves as your receipt.
