Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new frog friend and their accessories. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on all items — including frogs — within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

To start a return:

Email shop@natavladi.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief reason for the return

  3. Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps. If the return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
