We ship from Los Angeles, CA. U.S. orders $50+ ship free. Orders typically ship within 3 business days. We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note: buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Yes! You can return any item — including frogs — within 14 days of delivery if it’s in original condition. Just email shop@natavladi.com to start the return.

Spot clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid washing machines. Frogs are soft-sculpted art dolls and not intended for small children.

Every Friday at 4 PM PT, a new batch of frogs goes live on the site. They often sell out quickly — so set a reminder and join the email list for early notice!
