Every Friday at 4 PM PT, a new batch of frogs goes live on the site. They often sell out quickly — so set a reminder and join the email list for early notice!

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia and Mexico.

What’s the shipping policy?

We ship from Los Angeles, CA. U.S. orders $50+ ship free. Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Shipping rates to Canada, Australia and Mexico are calculated at checkout.

Please note: buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. 🌍

Will you restock a frog I missed?

We don’t do exact restocks, but we sometimes repeat similar styles. Each batch is small and unique — your best bet is to follow us for previews or join our email list.

What’s included with my frog?

Each frog arrives dressed and ready to snuggle — some come with extras like surprise minis or a story card. Each one is packed with love.
